Short throw shifter kit for OE replacement on 5 speed manual trans in:

• 2001-2004 Dodge Dakota - all engines

ONLY FITS NV1500 & NV3500 manual trans specific to these models - sales codes DDC & DDK

• Does NOT FIT older models (different base & stick), newer models, or any other model
• NOT for custom use!! If you DON'T have the model & year described - do NOT buy!
• Base configured for transmission receptacle height of 3/4" as original to these models
• Replaces Mopar OE shifter #05018821AA and 05018822AA
• IF your transmission has been serviced, it MAY REQUIRE A DIFFERENT BASE. If you install the wrong one it will not work properly and could cause damage. To confirm height, remove shifter base and measure transmission as shown in last pic
• IF YOU HAVE A BODY LIFT (aftermarket frame spacers): a different configuration is required, specify height of lift with order

Kit includes chrome stick #0060 on an offset bracket, classic knob, base assembly w/ lower pivot cup, mounting hardware, dust cover boot, and installation instructions. Throw is reduced by ~ 23%

The base is built by Core Shifters using proven components inside a custom housing:

• Hardened steel cross-pin & stainless steel fulcrum pivot ring
• Self-centering cross-gate bias springs with heat treated spring seats
• Glass-reinforced polyamide fulcrum socket with steel wear clips

• Extruded aluminum housing with Spirolox steel support ring
• CNC-machined billet aluminum lid & base
