  • IF your transmission has been serviced, it MAY REQUIRE A DIFFERENT BASE. If you install the wrong one it will not work properly and could cause damage. To confirm height, remove shifter base and measure transmission as shown in last pic

Kit includes classic knob, lever & base assembly w/ lower pivot cup, mounting hardware, dust cover boot, floor boot adapter grommet, and installation instructions. The base is built by Core Shifters using parts from Hurst suppliers inside a custom housing:

• Self-centering cross-gate bias springs with heat treated spring seats
• Glass-reinforced polyamide fulcrum socket with steel wear clips

• Extruded aluminum housing with Spirolox steel support ring
• CNC-machined billet aluminum base
• Laser-cut steel lid
