Shifters for C/K & Silverado HD
This page is for "heavy duty" GM C/K models:
-
1500 series w/ diesel (1991-1995 "non-turbo")
- 2500 series > 8500 GVWR or diesel
- all 3500 series
- + all 1988-1991 classic R/V series (Crewcab, Blazer / Jimmy, Suburban)

2003-2014 C3500 HD - Mexico domestic market = TR-4050 (RPO M96 & MQ7) - similar to NV4500 but shifter is different (inquire)
- NV4500 warning: the shifter base for 1995-2000 is different from 2001-2007 because the lids are different (GM only)
- if your trans is not original, check the casting number on the lid before you buy a shifter!
- NOTE: any 1988-1995 light duty C/K could be optioned w/ HD trans - check your RPO label and/or see if case is cast iron
- HD trans was not offered for GVWR < 8500 lb after 1995
