Kit includes chrome stick #8550, classic knob, base assembly, mounting hardware, Hurst console trim, and installation instructions. Lower bushing cup not included (reuse existing or buy separately). Compare to discontinued Hurst #3910036. Overall height from base flange to top of knob is ~12". Throw is reduced by ~30%
